ktouch way too slow

Ktouch is way too slow to be usable when typing fast. Which is the case when (as a beginner even) typing trigrams for instance. This bug is filed in upstream and a patch proposed (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=346248) maybe it is possible to apply that on the ubuntu package. As pointed out here https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=350336#c1 it may be connected to the qt version in use.

I tested the patch and it is working very well. Ktouch is usable again.
