Bug Description
My hard drive was full or nearly full and the KTorrent UI simply hung. Looks like torrents are going on in the background anyway, but an attempt could have been made to notify me of the full hard drive situation. However, this notification behaviour seems to be broken. No alert box appeared from KTorrent (the Ubuntu full hard drive alert box had already appeared and may have had modal at the time).
I'm not running KDE, just a relatively stock Oneiric build. Investigating the dbus situation, I have...
qdbus org.kde.
Error: org.freedesktop
Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken.
Don't know if there's a way to force this notification item to complete. My guess is that's what KTorrent is waiting for. Killing the Knotify thread did nothing. I ended up force-quitting the whole KTorrent app.
