KTorrent doesn't install its Language-Files

Bug Description

Although KTorrent ships with many translations in its source-package they doesn't seem to get copied in the ubuntu-package. They should be installed or at least be moved to the language-pack-kde-??-base.
As KTorrent is in main that's a some way critical bug for people that can't speak english.

Hi,
I experimented a littlebit with this package and found out that a rerun of "make -fadmin/Makefile.common" fixes this problem.

The attached patch is the patch resulting from this run. I don't know if now the build-dep "gettext" has to be added, but all in all it works now.

Please find that out and upload the package.
