Embedded editor garbles UTF8 characters

Bug Description

When QTikz is used on files containing UTF8 characters it garbles this characters. Fix should be by enabling the Encoding option sas in kate: Settings->File Opening & Saving -> File format -> Encoding

Seems to be fixed upstream in current master of ktikz.

Is this fixed in 0.11~git20150904-* packages or does it actually need the newer encoding changes only just committed?
