Unable to click on anything inside the window on Krita

When opening Krita, I am not able to click on anything inside the window, it looks like it only works with keyboard shortcuts, but it's still unusable

This problem does not happen on Krita snap/flathub variants!

Ubuntu 19.04, krita version 1:4.1.7+dfsg-1

I can reproduce the issue on both my laptop and desktop with Ubuntu 19.04

This should be fixable by updating to Krita 4.1.8 bugfix release with a stable release update, as would be bug #1825960

So I will mark this as a duplicate, with the mind to use the other bug to track the SRU update.
