Bug Description

I installed the kubuntu desktop by installing the meta-package kde-full.

When opening krdc, I select "edit bookmarks" and create some rdp:// bookmarks in folders.
However, the "Remote Desktops" pane only shows the names in a flat format. The folders are not shown.

When opening keditbookmarks, the bookmarks I added are not shown.
When adding bookmarks via keditbookmarks, these do not show up in krdc (neither in the bookmark editor or the Remote Desktops pane.

Expected results:
1. Bookmarks placed in folders via the bookmark editor should be shown in folders in the Remote Desktops pane
2. Bookmarks should be shown in both keditbookmarks and krdc.

Actual results:
1. Bookmarks are not shown in their folders
2. The 2 programs seem to keep be completely separate

The bug is still present in vivid vervet and really ruins the usability of krdc. I would need 72 bookmarks in 3 folders plus numerous other bookmarks. Putting them in one linear list makes usage cumbersome.

Apart from that, there is a menu item called "Settings/Show Menubar", which does absolutely nothing, but it dioes have a shortcut assigned, which does nothing aswell.
