Thanks for filing this bug in Ubuntu.

I suggest the following to see if it solves the problem of the libk5crypto3:amd64 package not being fully installed:

sudo apt update
sudo apt install --reinstall libk5crypto3:amd64
sudo apt -f install

Please let us know how it goes.
