Kopete doen't start, throws a "Bus Error" in command line

Kopete doesn't start. It throws the following message (es_CL locale):

Error en el bus

Even when I pass other parameters

gon@acer:~$ kopete --version
Error en el bus

gon@acer:~$ kopete --help
Error en el bus
