setting custom colors in konversation give scrollbars odd color

After setting custom colors in konversation, the inactive area of the scroll bar is a weird different color. This color can't be set in konversation. I expected it to be the same color as it is in all my other windows. The attached screenshots will hopefully spell out my case more clearly.
