Bug Description
I have Kubuntu 21.10 and now I have found that Finnish scandic letters are missing in Konsole. They appear in KDE in any other application, but in Konsole they are missing. I have configured the konsole right, encoding UTF-8. I have also the latest Kde Neon in my other laptop and in that PC, the scandic letters appear in Konsole. The misssing letters are:öäÖÄ. They have worked before, I don't know exactly if it is the 21.10 where the bug has appeared.
