Bug Description

As per https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=373232 and https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-66036 on KUbuntu Cosmic with a HiDPI display and scaling set to a fraction horizontal lines appear in Konsole.
