Bug Description
Configure Konsole to always open a window with the same size (i.e. disable Use current window size on next startup), hide the Tab Bar by setting its visibility to Show Tab Bar When Needed, and open a new Konsole window.
The window opens with two extra rows at the bottom of the console. It is as though the window size calculation code doesn't take into account whether the Tab Bar is displayed or not. Another way to look at this is that the tab bar is designed to steal space from the console portion of the window, instead of enlarging the window. When the Tab Bar's visibility is set to Always Hide Tab Bar, the behaviour is as expected.
Regardless of the Tab Bar visibility setting, Konsole should honour the profile's desired size.
