Konsole doesn't honour "Initial directory" setting

Bug Description
1. Open konsole
2. Go to Settings-->Edit Current profile-->General
3. Uncheck the box "Start in (the) same directory as (the) current tab"
4. Edit "Initial directory" with navigation widget to some directory like /tmp or your home
5. Click on "Apply" and then to "OK"
6. Close the konsole application
7. Open the konsole application again
8. Go to Settings-->Edit Current profile-->General
Expected behavior: find the same settings as in previous points #3 and #4
Actual behavior: Setting done at point #3 is honored, while the one at point #4 is empty.
Note.
If you skip point #3, the button "Apply" will be disabled.
