konsole package should require ncurses-term

Bug Description

The konsole package provides the "konsole" terminal type. However, the appropriate terminfo entries don't necessarily exist due to ncurses-term not being installed along with konsole. ncurses-term should be a dependency of konsole. This is apparent when attempting to run applications that use the terminfo database (such as tmux).
