konqueror windows migrate to current desktop on copy/paste

Bug Description
When copying and pasting files using konqueror, if a file of the same name exists in the target directory, then when the replace/
To replicate:
In a KDE session with multiple desktops with konqueror windows in more than one.
1) Copy a file (right click > copy)
2) Move to a window open on another directory that contains a file of the same name. (Don't think it has to be on a different desktop).
3) Paste the copied file
4) When the confirmation dialogue appears all of the konqueror windows move to the current desktop -- which they should not.
Extra notes:
It could possibly be a kwin bug, but I've only seen it with konqueror, and only on kubuntu (I've not seen the problem on Manjaro/KDE).
I don't think it happened on Xenial.

I accidentally found a solution. I opened konqueror and I right-click on the folder that appears on the top-left corner. I selected "More Actions">"Special Application Settings", then OK to the popup, click on the "Desktop" and select "Do Not Affect".
