Menubar text not visible when "Ambiance" theme is used

The menubar text is not displayed when the "Ambiance" theme is enabled.

The toolbar is not Displayed When The "Ambiance" theme is enabled in KompoZer, it becomes very hard to find right on the toolbar when it is not visible but still there.

Menu text seems to be using a dark gray color on top of the darker gray menu bar background (see attached).

The solution for this problem is easy to install as mentionned on linux-rixensart site. It is written in french but easy to understand. You have to install the theme Ambiance-Crunchy :
