Bug Description
I am using Ubuntu Studio 8.10, 64-bit version.
To reproduce the bug: start kompozer, type some text in the new page, highlight it and click "Format". kompozer will crash.

I believe this is not actual when clicking "Format", but when accessing any submenu within that, similar to other submenu crashes reported by others. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Reproduced the crash that way on 8.10, i386.
