kompozer tip dialog does not close, if main dialog is destroyed

Start Kompozer. A tip dialog will pop up in a few seconds, but close the main dialog. Now try pressing Close on the tip dialog. Nothing will happen.

Confirmed on i386 Feisty today. After closing the main window, the Next Tip and Previous Tip buttons work, and the X box still closes the window, but the Close button gives no response. No output if run from a terminal either.
