Bug Description
Binary package hint: kommando
Kommando is only configurable from a kcontrol screen. For whatever reason(s), kcontrol is being sidelined in favor of "system settings" (rather a Gnome-ish move, I think, but whatever) -- so, kommando needs to get a configuration screen to surface within "system settings".
