When pressing F1 while KPlato is running the KHelpCenter topic for KPlato is brought up, showing the documentation is missing.

Just tried in Quantal's Calligraplan (which seems to be the new name for Kplato); F1 is bringing the manual up ok, so it looks like it got fixed at some point.
