Krita help files are missing

Binary package hint: koffice

- open krita
- Klik Help -> Krita Handbook <F1>
- Error - KDE Help Center: There is no documentation available or /krita/index.html

When launched from krunner, after opening the help:
Sorry - Run Command Interface
Error Launching /usr/share/applications/kde4/krita.desktop. Either KLauncher is not running anymore, or it failed to start the application. (probably another bug, but it occurs when trying to open the help)
