Bug Description

Kodi improperly handles EglErrorCallback specification (according to spec it is allowed to be NULL https://registry.khronos.org/EGL/extensions/KHR/EGL_KHR_debug.txt), causing immediate failure to playback on affected systems

Please add https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/commit/3fbd1d91500587257c52054b1d83ce1e269c0283 to all supported ubuntu kodi releases
