kodi arm64 need gles as APP_RENDER_SYSTEM

Bug Description

Kodi wayland and gbm has drm prime acceleration support, but the compile option APP_RENDER_SYSTEM has to be set as gles instead of gl on arm64 platform. When this option is set as gl, there will be no drm prime settings in the player setting. I've tested this on my radxa rock3a sbc. But any panfrost supported arm platforms should have this option set as gles.
