Bug Description

Binary package hint: knetworkmanager

Sometimes the knetworkmanager icon is not in the system tray after the boot, if I kill it and then restart it, it works.
A fix was provided in the SVN, see kde bug #136265: http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=136265. This is a really annoying bug and the fix should be backported to Ubuntu.

Hi,

This is already fixed in feisty, by changing the way knetworkmanager autostarts.
We should provide an SRU for this, but as the process is unfortunatelly *very* long and annoying, and since feisty will be there in less than 2 month, you may (I'm sorry) have to wait...

Unless someone else would like to handle this SRU :)
