Bug Description

From Help / Report Bug; knetworkmanager puts you into a misconfigured mail interface which tries to send email to http://bugzilla.novell.com, which predictably fails:

Server said: "501 http://bugzilla.novell.com: syntax error in address."

It should use the Bug Report Wizard tool that every other KDE app seems to use.

I just build a new package with a patch correcting this.
It will now point to http://bugs.kde.org, like standard applications.
If UVFe is approved, I will close this bug.
