knetworkmanager: statusexplanation |

Technically, knetworkmanager is running when it's icon is in the systray. (You just can't see the window most of the time)
However most programs, like Konversation for example, will un-minimize the main window from the systray when the user clicks the application from the KMenu.
Confirming, needs wishlist status set. |

Now that knetworkmanager is a Plasma widget in Kubuntu 9.04 it is no longer a separate application, and does not have its own KMenu entry. |
