Bug Description

Binary package hint: knetworkmanager

i'm running kubuntu feisty, and try to setup a VPN using knetworkmanager->VPN Connections->Configure VPN...
when i click on that, nothing happens, no window shows up.

after installing network-manager-gnome everything works as expected.

maybe network-manager-pptp and the other VPN packages should depend on network-manager-gnome?
