knemo refuses to install wt KF-5 from kubuntu-ppa/backports

Bug Description

when you have the backports channel activated in kubuntu knemo produces this mess please update:

$ sudo apt-get install knemo
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 knemo : Depends: libksignalplotter5 but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

kde-open --version

Pls. add this information.

Some addition: KNemo is not ported to KF5 yet

Its just KF5 - it isnt ported yet like $ kde-open5 -v

If you are looking for an alternative you could just take vnstat on it's own. But it's mostly terminalbased.

Would be a little bit sad not to see in in Xenial LTS. it accompanied my Kubuntu since a long while.

@ spearhead: Asked the dev on KDE-Apps about the state of portage to KF-5.(Actually registered there for this ;-) So let's wait a few days/weeks. He's certainly not around there every day. Also I remember that I couldn't install it already in the RC

well theres a nice plasmoid in plasma 5 called "network monitor",
what i miss from knemo is the statistics (over months/years ..) and also
the systray entry showing me if my system is transferring data over the
network right now.
