KMyMoney missing icons because of missing icon-theme

Bug Description

Current behavior:
After a new Ubuntu 22.04 install with KMyMoney, running it will show missing icons for Institutions, Accounts, Scheduled Transactions, etc.

Expected behavior:
When installing KMyMoney with apt, a default set of icons is installed so that Institutions, Accounts, Scheduled Transactions, etc. have icons.

Analyse:
Installing KMyMoney does not install a set of default icons. I had to do
apt install oxygen-icon-theme breeze-icon-theme kmymoney

After an ugrade from Ubuntu 20.04 to 22.04, I also have missing icons in Kmymoney 5.1.2-4
