kmf_dvb_edit manpage installed in "man/sh/1" directory

Binary package hint: kmediafactory

kmf_dvb_edit is installed into the "sh" language directory in /usr/share/man. Language is intended to be a locale, not a programming language.

I'm attaching a patch that would attempt to fix this, however, I cannot get kdmediafactory to build, in any case.

It depends on libdvdread3-dev, which does not exist in Intrepid. I tried installing libdvdread-dev, but the build still fails with:

As of 0.7 the binary corresponding to this manpage has been removed, so the manpage was removed from the packaging.
