Kismet package version right, kismet bin wrong

Running Vivid, just updated. Ran "apt-get --purge remove kismet" to remove all kismet. Then reinstalled and the package version that downloads shows the current version of kismet, but when I run "kismet --version" I see an old version.

According to kismetwireless.net, Kismet-2013-03-R1b is the latest version. But it looks like this installs 2013-03-R0. Am I misunderstanding or reading it wrong?

apt-get --purge remove kismet
which kismet
kismet --version
ls -al `which kismet`

Ok, when I purged it, it is gone and won't run. Asking for version gives an error.

If the executable is gone, it means that you can install the new version and the bug should go away.
Can you verify it please?
