workaround: sudo dpkg -i --force-all /var/cache/apt/archives/konqueror_4%3a3.5.9-0ubuntu1_i386.deb
konqueror version might be different/warning this might be dangerous

Another one here. Can't install konqueror and have to uninstall kde package entirely 'cause even apt-get autoremove fails.

                   I completely uninstalled UBUNTU. In place of it i installed Kubuntu Remix + upgrades. Not a solution but KDE4 looks great...
On top of it you can install Gnome.

sudo dpkg -i --force-all /var/cache/apt/archives/konqueror_*.deb

I resolve the problem with this:
sudo dpkg -i --force-all /var/cache/apt/archives/kio*.deb
