Installed: 4:15.12.3-0ubuntu1
To reproduce:
Enter info:/coreutils/Top into the konqueror URL bar.
Expected result:
Konqueror displays relevant info page.
Actual result:
The following error message is displayed:

Cannot Initiate the info Protocol
