kino can not read/write in /dev/raw1394

Bug Description

I have a pci card with IEE1394 that run.
I tested in konsole lspci with output:
01:07.0 FireWire (IEEE 1394): VIA Technologies, Inc. VT6306/7/8 [Fire II(M)] IEEE 1394 OHCI Controller (rev 80)
I tested guide from https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Firewire and kino can not write/read /dev/raw1394
My OS is kubuntu oneiric.
Can you help me ?
