Bug Description

If I try to import theora videos through kino (version 1.1.1-1ubuntu2 in Ubuntu Hardy Heron x86_64) the process ends up with no warning but the video imported has only the very first frame of the original video.
If I launch kino from command line I see

Opening video decoder: [ffmpeg] FFmpeg's libavcodec codec family
[theora @ 0xde0c60]Missing extradata!
Could not open codec.
VDecoder init failed :(
Opening video decoder: [theora] Theora/VP3
