Bug Description
The latex installation that comes with kile doesn't include utf8x.def
This file is necessary to run the "create new article", thus we cannot use the predefined templates.

workaround for now is remove the utf8x ofcourse, but the template should work out of the box.
two suggested fixes:
1) adjust the templates, or 2) deliver it with the correct latex distribution that contains this file in the ls-R hash.
I would say the latter, but that should be more work.
