1) why do you write "resyncronise with debian unstable" if the debdiff obviously shows remaining Ubuntu changes?
2) why do you keep using gutsy as release target?

Looks better, but:

- you should list all changes that you carry over from previous ubuntu versions
- your changelog looks wrong as only the last ubuntu version is showing. Where are all the previous ubuntu changes?

As a reference, have a look at how the changelog of 0.9-3ubuntu1 has been done.
