Bug Description
Binary package hint: kid3
New kid3 merge uploaded to gutsy doesnt follow the changelog:
kid3 (0.8.1-3) unstable; urgency=low
* Rebuild due to FLAC 1.1.4 transition. (Closes: #426651)

It needs to be updated using the latest FLAC library (libflac8).
