Bug Description
How to reproduce:
1. Draw a rectangle with the "wire" or "graphic line" tool
2. Select one of the edges (lets say the right hand edge) of the rectangle by starting the selection rectangle in the north-east of the edge and ending south-west of the edge (the selection rectangle should contain the right-hand edge, and a little bit of the neighbour (top and bottom) edges)
3. Kicad is now in the "move" mode. To switch to the "Drag" mode, press TAB-key once.
4. Now The Bug: Kicad does not switch to the drag mode. Click somewhere to end the "drag" mode. Instead of dragging, the edge and the neighbours were moved.
Expected behaviour:
The edge should be dragged. So the behaviour should be the same as if the selection was started in the north west.
Compare it with this procedure (difference in step 2):
1. Draw a rectangle with the "wire" or "graphic line" tool
2. Select one of the edges (lets say the right hand edge) of the rectangle by starting the selection rectangle in the ***north-west*** of the edge and ending ***south-east*** of the edge (the selection rectangle should contain the right-hand edge, and a little bit of the neighbour (top and bottom) edges)
3. Kicad is now in the "move" mode. To switch to the "Drag" mode, press TAB-key once.
4. Kicad switches to the drag mode, and the edge can be dragged.
Version information
Kicad 0.0.20120317144
However the bug also occurs in the Ubuntu 12.04 "stock" Kicad version.
