KiCad 7.0 PPA has incorrect dependencies for jammy

The KiCad 7.0 Jammy PPA release package depends on python3-wxgtk4.0 (>= 4.2.0). However jammy has python3-wxgtk4.0 (4.0.7+dfsg-13build1).
