Same ugly nonsense when attempting to install kde-cli-tools and kde-cli-tools-data.

This is THAI LANG SUPPORT problem.

I had to do a

$ sudo apt-get remove kde-l10n-th

to "fix" it on my side.
However, this definitely should not happen at all. And why only for Thai support? There must be something seriously broken here.
