allow adding people to existing groups

Bug Description

kgpg: 4:16.04.3-0ubuntu1

Current process to add someone to a new group seems to be to delete the existing group, go through the list of 1000s of keys to find the ones that were in the group(don't forget any!) and then create a new group. Or maybe to create a new group using the existing group as a template?

Either way adding people to a group needs to be much easier or people aren't going to want to do it. "add to group" should be an option on the right click menu for groups

at least as of ubuntu 17.04 zesty/kgpg 4:16.08.3-1 there is an "edit group" that allows for this sort of thing.
