KFTPgrabber crashes when deleting multiple items from queue

Binary package hint: kftpgrabber

This occurs on connections with/without SSL

Bug encountered on:

Ubuntu 8.10 amd64
KFTPgrabber 0.8.1-2 (kftpgrabber_0.8.1-2_amd64.deb)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open KFTPgrabber.
2. On left session, connect to FTP

... Example:
... ftp.mozilla.org
... Port: 21
... check anonymous login

3. Queue some files to download
4. On Queue tab, expand queue.
5. Select multiple items in queue to delete. click on delete button, or press delete key on keyboard
6. KFTPgrabber will open a prompt to confirm deletion request. click ok
7. KFTPgrabber will crash every time.

I've been able to further refine this bug..

The problem appears to be when selecting an expandable queue entry (+ sign) in addition to other items in queue and then selecting delete. This will cause the client to crash.

However, if you only select items in queue which do not have a hierarchy seen yet, you can delete those multiple queue items at the same time.
