Bug Description
Binary package hint: kftpgrabber
This occurs on connections with/without SSL
Bug encountered on:
-------
Ubuntu 8.10 amd64
KFTPgrabber 0.8.1-2 (kftpgrabber_
Steps to Reproduce
1. Open KFTPgrabber.
2. On left session, connect to FTP
... Example:
... ftp.mozilla.org
... Port: 21
... check anonymous login
3. On right local session, queue a large file to download so that the transfer will not complete before the test.
4. Start transfer of queue from the ftp to your local machine.
5. Open a new session, left or right.
6. Connect to same FTP IP/ADDRESS [must be the same IP/ADDRESS !]
... Example:
... ftp.mozilla.org
... Port: 21
... check anonymous login
7. KFTPgrabber will login to FTP [view log tab], but it will not allow you to navigate FTP in new session via GUI
This bug makes KFTPgrabber useless for navigating multiple connections or initiating new transfers to the same FTP while a file transfer is already active from that FTP.
