Only Ubuntu change was the Kubuntu POT file patch, which has been implemented by Debian. So all Ubuntu changes can be dropped.

There are other differences between the Debian and Ubuntu packages. Please evaluate them all, describe them all, and then say if it's OK to sync over the differences (otherwise redo as a merge):

-Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 5.0), kdelibs-dev, cdbs, docbook2x, autoconf, automake1.9
+Build-Depends: cdbs, debhelper (>= 5), automake1.9, kdelibs4-dev, docbook2x
