officeextractor should depend on catdoc

Bug Description

kfilemetadata's officeextractor uses the catdoc binaries to extract data from MS Office files. This runtime dependency should be added.

install libkf5filemetadata-bin
check if catdoc is installed

Accepted into vivid-proposed. The package will build now and be available in a few hours in the -proposed repository.

I upgraded to libkf5filemetadata-bin 5.6.2-0ubuntu1.1 from vivid-proposed and it successfully installed catdoc
