When I execute su -s /bin/sh -c "keystone-manage db_sync" keystone
I am receiving below error

I've got the same problem. I saw this log in MariaDB:
2023-11-05 3:55:39 3 [Warning] Aborted connection 3 to db: 'keystone' user: 'keystone' host: '10.88.0.2' (Got an error reading communication packets)
I played with this configuration y MariaDB, but the result was the same packet= 1024M
