U.S. Layout is autodetected as Japanese

Bug Description
When I choose for my keyboard to get autodetected, I press 'y', 'w', and say 'no' to all the special keys it asks me for, which should be an U.S. keyboard. Instead it decides that I have a Japanese keyboard.
