    Update steps:
    Removed debian/patches/update_kexec_manpage.dpatch
    Updated debian/patches/distclean_fix.dpatch
    Removed obsolete debian/patches/powerpc_fix.dpatch
    debian/rules: Run aclocal, autoheader, and autoconf if configure does not exist.

    Try to forget 20080226-2.0.0-ubuntu1 ever existed. This version was updated directly
    from 20080324-2.1 and completely obsoletes 20080226-2.0.0-ubuntu1.
