make-kpkg man page should display --initrd in usage example

Bug Description

Binary package hint: kernel-package

The make-kpkg manpage says as usage example:

make-kpkg --rootcmd fakeroot kernel_image

but nowadays the kernels use initrd, and kernels compiled this way will not able to boot, with message:

VFS: unable to mount root fs on unknown block(0, 0)

Please modify the manpage to contain

make-kpkg --rootcmd fakeroot --initrd kernel_image

(Maybe a warning saying that vanilla kernels may not boot, and use the linux-source-* package would also help.)

This way we could spare some hours of kernel compiling for such clueless jerks like me.

Thanks.
